Skin Diseases :: Leprosy

Leprosy is a disease that is caused by bacillus bacteria which is expounded to an equivalent bacillus that causes tuberculosis. Leprosy disease has been known to as a dangerous disease. Leprosy may be a contagious infectious disease and is usually noticed at later stages. Individuals with leprosy in Biblical times were feared and compelled in special isolated colonies to stop entire villages, towns and cities from being infected with the disease.

For this reason, stronger antimicrobial medications are typically used to cure lepra. Several of the antimicrobial treatments of leprosy include:
